Liverpool are weighing up a January move for Borussia Monchengladbach winger Thorgan Hazard, according to website Liga Financial.
The Reds have allegedly earmarked the 25-year-old midfielder as their top transfer targets when the mid-season window opens in the new year.
The Merseyside giants are on the lookout for attacking reinforcements and Hazard could fit the bill.
The report adds that the Premier League outfit are ready to shell out a considerable fee to try and lure the midfielder to Anfield in the new year but could face stiff competition from Manchester United.
That being said, the Belgium international has been in excellent form for the German outfit so far this season so he may well be attracting interest from a number of Europe’s top clubs.
Hazard has scored eight times and provided six assists in 14 Bundesliga appearances so far this season.
