Stretching, once you get used to the routine, will only take about ten minutes out of your workout time. But this time lets your muscles warm up and get loose, which makes your body that much more prepared for the workout that is coming.

When it comes to your workout, some people seem to think that working out as hard as you can is the best way to lose weight. But this is not the case. Science has proven that working out within a target heart rate zone can help you maintain maximum efficiency without having to work as hard as you can. This heart rate zone can easily be calculated and kept track of during your work out.

Stick With It

This is the most important factor of all. No matter how good a workout is, if you are not taking part in it regularly then it can only do so much for you. Stick with your workouts and you will see the results you want before you know it.
