South Africa’s Alviro Petersen pens Lancashire deal

Former South Africa batsman Alviro Petersen has joined the County Cricket Club Lancashire after retiring from internationals.

Hampshire re-sign South Africa leg-spinner Imran Tahir

Hampshire have completed the re-signing of South African leg-spinner Imran Tahir on a short-term contract, his previous stints with the county club was in 2008 and 2011.

The 35-year-old leg spinner has made 77 appearances for the club previously and will be available for the final two games against Kent and Glamorgan in mid-September, reports BBC. read more
