Brian Hoyer out for a season with knee injury


Cleveland Browns quarterback, Brian Hoyer got injured on his knee ligament while running for a first down against Buffalo on Thursday night and he will likely to miss the remainder of this season.

Cleveland Browns coach Rob Chudzinski said: ”This is disappointing, It’s an unfortunate thing.”

Chudzinski said an MRI has been taken Friday showed Hoyer’s right knee is completely tore the anterior cruciate ligament and He will undergo surgery. Chudzinski also confirmed that there is no other damage in Hoyer’s knee. Usually it will take nine months to one year to recovery.

Chudzinski said Weeden will return as Cleveland’s starter and there are no plans to sign another quarterback yet.
